The clock only starts again when play resumes. For both <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">men <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> women<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, the game is divided in two halftimes. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"HOW_LONG_IS_A_FUTSAL_MATCH_ACCORDING_TO_THE_AGE\"><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">HOW LONG IS A FUTSAL MATCH, ACCORDING TO THE AGE?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">A Futsal match is played stopping the clock whenever the ball goes out of play and divided into two halftimes. According to age, the duration is set in this way: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">For adult matches, under-20 and under-17 \u2013 two halftimes of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">20 minutes, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and the halftime break of 15 minutes; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">For matches under-15 \u2013 two halftimes of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">15 minutes, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and the halftime break of 15 minutes; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">For matches under-09 and under-07 \u2013 two halftimes of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">13 minutes, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and the halftime break of 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FUTSAL_OVERTIME\"><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">FUTSAL OVERTIME <\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">When described in the competition regulations, an overtime is played. There will be 02 halftimes, of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">5 minutes <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">each or according to what the regulation stipulates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">After the end of the game, five minutes break will be taken before starting the overtime.
