The positions of the handball players are: goalkeeper, center midfielder, midfielders, winger and pivot. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this content we&#8217;ll explain each of the handball players&#8217; positions, their positioning and movements on the court. As the name already says, the Central Point Guard acts for the center of the court arming his team&#8217;s moves.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">They are characteristic of a Central Shipowner:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be an expert in passes of all types and shapes<\/li>\n<li>Have a good long throw<\/li>\n<li>Have a good view of the game, understanding your team&#8217;s movements and those of the opposition<\/li>\n<li>Being intelligent and creative in the distribution of moves<\/li>\n<li>Being communicative to guide his teammates in attacking moves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Side Socks or Amateurs in Handball<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handball midfielders are strong players and very important in offensive and defensive play. The midfielders are also called the right and left midfielders.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">They are characteristics of a Half in Handball:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they are usually tall and physically strong players<\/li>\n<li>have a strong long-distance shot<\/li>\n<li>have good momentum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Tips on Handball<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wingers in handball are fast players who are fundamental to the attacking actions of a handball team and who play close to the side lines of the court.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">They are characteristics of a Tip in Handball:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Speed and agility<\/li>\n<li>ability to take shots at a low angle<\/li>\n<li>skill and precision in throwing<\/li>\n<li>ability to change the direction and shape of the pitch during the throwing act<\/li>\n<li>position quickly to pull a counterattack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It&#8217;s common in handball for the right winger to be a left-footed player and the left winger to be right-footed, as this characteristic helps the winger to gain more angle when shooting from the side of the opponent&#8217;s penalty area.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Pivot in Handball<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dicaseducacaofisica.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/posicoes-handebol.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dicaseducacaofisica.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/posicoes-handebol.png\" alt=\"Handball positions: goalkeeper, central point guard, socks, tips and pivot\"><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Pivot in Handball is a player who moves in attack between the goal area line and the 9-meter line.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">They are features of a Pivot in Handball:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open up space in the opponent&#8217;s defense for their teammates to infiltrate and shoot<\/li>\n<li>Finding spaces in the opponent&#8217;s defense to position yourself and receive the ball in a position to take a shot<\/li>\n<li>Have a varied repertoire of shots to finish the game when they receive the ball in a position to score a goal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Goalkeeper in Handball<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goalkeeper in handball is usually tall and fast.
